Even though during the winter it gets cold, and the fly fishing business slows down, the fish never do! I don’t think people realize how much fun it can be. I’m not sure if a beginner would enjoy it as much as I do, but it’s truly a great experience.  The serenity is beyond measure.  Sure your feet, hands and face get cold, maybe even freeze a bit but the fishing is still good and its ALWAYS fun to be out in God’s blessings. I love The River!

On Tuesday I caught a huge 17 inch brown on the Logan River (to bad I left my camera in the car), on a glow bug and a midge pattern.
