Salt Lake City is a great place for adventure seekers.

Salt Lake City is my favorite metropolitan cities in the nation, comparing it to the beauty, cleanliness and activities one can do. It is 10 minutes to Salt Lake City, making for easy international travel and 20 minutes to remote Park City, where one can find a mountain getaway and also great fly fishing. Salt Lake City offers great mountain biking, golf, rock climbing, hunting, hiking, dining and much more.

One of Salt Lake Cities most beautiful places to visit is Temple Square, where you will find many historical building, one being the mormon temple which took the pioneers 40 years to build, during 1843-1893.

The fly fishing near Salt Lake City is terrific. You can travel 20 miles away to the Provo River or Weber River to catch large trout or you can fish local streams comming out of the nearby canyons such as millcreek, big cottonwood, little cottonwood etc and catch small native trout. You could also go do some lake fishing at Willard Bay, Jordanelle or Rockport, which are all under an hours drive from Salt Lake City and fly fish for walleye, bass, trout or pearch.
