FLY FISH LOGAN!
Logan is located in the North Central area of Utah right next to the Idaho border. The rivers that occupy Logan are Logan River, Blacksmith Fork, Little Bear. Logan also offers great scenery, good fishing, and a sense of wilderness. The rivers are famous for fast fishing for small fish.
The Logan River mainly holds small to medium sized fish. However, on occasion you can catch a pretty nice sized large fish. The Logan River is dominate to rainbows, cutthroats, brookies, and whitefish.
The Blacksmith Fork River is primarily brown trout along with cutthroats, rainbows, and whitefish. On the Blacksmith you can find trophy sized Fish, but they don't come easy. It's located north of the valley and drains into Cutler Reservoir.
The Little Bear River is often difficult to fish. Most of the river is on private land, which makes it difficult for fishing access. The fish that make up this river are browns, cutthroats, whitefish, and rainbows.
